Ede, March 2026 - Momentum EMEA has achieved an eNPS of +79 in its most recent employee satisfaction survey and has been certified as a Great Place To Work with a Trust Index score of 96%. Both results confirm the organisation's philosophy: organisations perform better for customers when employees work with enjoyment, take ownership, and feel genuinely engaged.
Momentum EMEA has made targeted investments in organisational development and collaboration over the past year. The results show that approach is working. Employees rate the organisation an eNPS of +79 and show positive development on eight of the nine themes measured, particularly in appreciation, engagement and good employership. The Great Place To Work Trust Index, completed by employees, results in a score of 96% - well above the certification threshold of 70%.
For Momentum, these outcomes are not an end in themselves, but an indication that the chosen direction is working. The organisation operates from the conviction that happy people deliver better service, collaborate more effectively, and ultimately create happy customers.
The combination of an eNPS of +79 and a Trust Index score of 96% is exceptionally high. Both scores are based entirely on employee feedback and demonstrate that, according to its own people, Momentum has succeeded in creating a workplace where trust, enjoyment, development, and ownership are at the heart of the employee experience.
"We make people happy. It's a phrase that literally hangs on our walls, but more importantly, it's something we work on every single day. When people enjoy coming to work, support one another, and take pride in what they do, customers notice the difference immediately. That's why we're incredibly proud of these results. Not because of the numbers themselves, but because they show that our people genuinely feel at home here."
Melvin Jellesma, EVP & Managing Director EMEA
According to Momentum, the relationship between internal engagement and external performance is becoming increasingly visible. Teams that work with energy and take ownership deliver more consistently, resolve issues faster, and build stronger customer relationships. An eNPS of +79 and a Trust Index score of 96% show this is no coincidence, but the result of a deliberate way of working.
At the same time, the organisation emphasises that the results also highlight where further development is needed. Topics such as workload, role clarity, and further professionalisation of processes remain firmly on the agenda.
"What makes these results most meaningful to me is that they feel familiar. Every day we see people working together with real energy and genuine commitment. An eNPS of +79 and a Great Place To Work Certification at 96% are external validation of something we already feel internally. And it doesn't stay within the walls of the organisation. Customers notice the difference - in attention, in speed, and in the way we find solutions together."
Vera Kruiper, HR Business Partner EMEA
Momentum will use the insights from both surveys to continue developing the organisation. The focus remains on sustaining the culture while strengthening scalability as the organisation grows.
